Built and designed specifically for emergency responders, our EMR plans include burstable data rates up to 20Mbps x 5 Mbps with 10 calendar days per month of access included, minimal day rate fee thereafter. SELECT customers receive on-demand user-selectable access to always on, geographically diverse teleports and multiple satellites. Also included is access to our user-based BlueVIEW web portal to manage and monitor usage, set up email alerting, statistics, location mapping and more. Plans include RedPHONE hardware and service at no additional cost to qualified customers.

Flyaway Transportable Satellite Systems

Easily transported and deployed for high-speed satellite Internet and phone service from anywhere within just a few minutes. These systems are compact, rapid-deployable, self-contained and easy to use

With our Flyaway Antennas, once a system is assembled operation is as easy as pressing the “Deploy” button. The system will deploy, lock on satellite, and in a few minutes create a Wi-Fi access point for high-speed Internet automatically. It’s that simple.

Installation and Support

IP Access VSAT solutions are backed by a strong 24/7/365 Network Operations Center. IP Access support services include everything from technical phone support to on-site field support for evaluation, repair (both failed and damaged equipment) and installation of new and/or replacement systems. The support capabilities of IP Access include but aren’t limited to mobile and fixed satellite antenna hardware and components; networking and associated equipment (Modems, Routers, Wireless Access Points, Voice ATAs, SIP Phones, Analog Phones, Video Teleconferencing, etc.). Additionally we are capable of performing commissioning, configuring, troubleshooting, testing and training functions.

Additional Voice Services (VoIP)

Plug-and-play simplicity and reduced cost VoIP guaranteed phone service for public safety organizations. These phones perform like the phone on any desk complete with voicemail, caller ID, call forwarding, etc.

IPA Hosted Voice

Supplies dial tone, 10-digit DID in area code of your choice, and basic calling features such as call waiting, 3-way calling, caller ID, call forwarding, and voicemail.

SIP Trunking

With SIP Trunk Service, customers are able to register their own voice equipment to the system once and all inbound calls are passed through. The customer’s voice equipment then determines how the calls are routed to individual extensions.

Fixed Location Satellite Internet and Phone

If and when disaster strikes in your area, maintain a backup broadband Internet and multi-phone connection

Our Emergency Operations Center Recovery Service (EOC) on-demand satellite connectivity packages are often tied to agencies with EMR sites and priced for public safety organizations.

Our most popular fixed satellite solution is our 1.2 meter satellite dish with a 6 or 8 watt BUC (transmitter) on a non-penetrating mount or ground mounted pole. Included with each system is a RedPHONE for emergency communications at no additional cost.
