[INFOGRAPHIC]: First Responder Net For Public Safety and First Responders

A Paradigm Shift In Public Safety

Our team knows the tremendous challenges that first responders and public safety agencies face in the field every day. Communications during a disaster are different from providing enterprise service during blue sky situations. First Responders need access to every possible network — be it cellular or satellite — and they need it secure, reliable and supported by a 24/7/365 Network Operations Center (NOC) who’s ready and able to support these responders in the field.  Because of this, we have spent the last 20 years shoulder-to-shoulder with our agencies developing our techniques and fine-tuning our solutions to provide the best coverage and reliability.

We understand that quick response saves lives and access to mission-critical connectivity matters — which is why we created First Responder Net.

By partnering with Kymeta to develop First Responder Net, agencies can gain access to a fully integrated network that includes all available cellular (Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, FirstNet) and satellite networks (including those in GEO and LEO orbit) that allows for resilient comms-on-the-move and comms-on-the-pause.

With First Responder Net, agencies can pool resources allowing for interoperability of communications and access to off-grid communications solutions via satellite. Agencies are provided with valuable real-time information, equipment readiness reports, and access to IP Access International’s 24/7/365 Public Safety Network Operations Center equipped with the knowledge and legacy of supporting public safety professionals for over two decades.

As of today, over 1,000 agencies have made the seamless transition over to First Responder Net as it is an extension of IP Access’ SELECT Network blended with Kymeta’s newly optimized satellite network for their flat panel antennas.

Mission-critical connectivity starts and ends with First Responder Net. Check out our infographic to discover how First Responder Net is changing the connectivity game.
